No refunds or exchanges will be offered.  By completing your purchase, you agree to these terms.

Shipping

Where does ElizaKDesign Ship?

Currently only shipping within Canada & USA.  PO Boxes not included.

Working to make other International destinations a shipping option.

 

When will you ship my order? 

Original art orders are processed within 48 hours of processed payments and can take 7 - 14 business days to ship with standard shipping, in Canada and US. 

Prints are drop shipped from the production company and require 8 days for the production process before shipping out. Please add shipping time for a true estimate of arrival.  

Please be note that estimated shipping and arrival dates vary depending on delivery options chosen and may change according to carrier's availability.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently not shipping to international locations but working to make this a possibility.

How can I edit my shipping address?

If there was an error in your shipping address, please email elizakdesign@gmail.com along with your order number, to get this rectified as soon as possible.

We take pride in our work and will handle your items with care.

Billing

All prices stated in Canadian Dollars (CAD), with taxes already included.  Your payment method will be charged in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

When will my credit card be charged?

As soon as your order is placed and submitted for processing (with the 'pay now' button), your credit card is charged.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Accepted payment methods are MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Pay Pal, Google Pay and Apple Pay payments.

What to do if my payment is declined?

If payment didn't process or go through, please check your card's details i.e. card number on the front or security number on the back or correct billing address.  Otherwise, please check with your respective credit card company to confirm on their end.
